Hup and Steph are back in Indiana (with Frank!)
It’s that time of year, kids — it’s time for the holidays! As I’m typing this, I’m sitting at my sister’s place in Noblesville, IN with Frank sleeping in my lap (weird, huh?). For the quick ones out there, these first couple of sentences could have potentially clued you in on a couple of things. Things such as:
- Frank made it home with us! Yep, our (not-so-little) baby made the trip back with us to Indiana. After reading the American Airlines pets policy, Stephanie and I worried and worried about whether or not we would be able to take him on the plane with us. He ended up making it with no problems and now he’s where he should be — chilling with his pops, inside from the cold.
- Stephanie isn’t here with me right now. No, she didn’t leave because I made her mad or because she’s already sick of me (at least not yet), she’s actually heading to Cedarville with her mom for their yearly Christmas expedition. They make this annual trek to Cedarville (the home of Stephanie’s alma mater, Cedarville Univeristy) to check out all of the amazing lights at Clifton Mill, to stay at the locally famous Hearthstone Inn and to get some tasty coffee at Beans-N-Cream.
We’ve now been home here in Indiana for a week and here are a few of the highlights of our trip so far:
- I was in a wedding in Seymour, IN (and it was AWESOME!)
- We ate some HotBox Pizza (twice)
- We went to a Wild Wednesday with the InyMojo crew (and stayed out until 5am)
- Went to a Pendleton Heights High School basketball game (and relived my glory days)
- Frank’s first time seeing (and trying to eat/chase) snow
- I busted out my bad Christmas sweater for the 3rd year in a row (and of course it was a HIT!)
Everything has been great so far and Frank is loving Indiana. More coming soon (going to see a movie with my sister)!

What do you want to tell us, hmmm?

What up, Hup? I just moved from Indy to SF to work on a startup called VidSF. Glad to see you are back in Indy mowing on some Hot Box. Hopefully we connect when you are back in the City. Peace!
